5-Year-Old Bffs Get Same Haircut So They’ll No Longer Have Any Differences

When Jax’s mom, Lydia Rosebush, told him he needed to get a haircut, the 5 year old had a sneaky idea. He revealed that he wanted to prank his teacher at a Louisville, Kentucky, school by getting the same style as his friend, Reddy Weldon. His request soon went viral, when Lydia shared her son’s idea on Facebook with her post racking up over 50,000 shares.

“He said he couldn’t wait to go to school on Monday with his hair like Reddy’s so that his teacher wouldn’t be able to tell them apart,” his mom wrote on Facebook this past Friday. “He thought it would be so hilarious to confuse his teacher with the same haircut.”

Her post read, ‘This morning Jax and I were discussing his wild hair. I told him that he needed a haircut this weekend. He said that he wanted his head shaved really short so he could look like his friend Reddy.

Speaking to WAVE 3 News, Lydia said, “This is total insanity. I just made the post because my kid is hilarious and cute. I never anticipated this.” Sure enough, Jax paid a visit to the barbershop and he brought Reddy along with him. Now the two kids sport the same buzz cut, how adorable!

We sure do have a lot to learn from these kids, don’t you think?
