Woman who went missing found alive inside Jeep that was underwater in a big lake in Texas

A missing woman was miraculously found alive inside a nearly submerged Jeep in a lake in Marion County, Texas. She had been missing for two days before being discovered on Friday, April 7th.

The surprising find occurred when a fisherman noticed the Jeep’s top floating in the water and alerted the authorities. As they prepared to remove the vehicle from the lake, they realized someone was still inside and moving. The Marion County Sheriff Office confirmed this in a statement.

“As the jeep was being prepared for removal from the water, it was discovered a person was still in the vehicle and moving,” the Marion County Sheriff Office said.

While fishing at Lake o’ the Pines, a fisherman spotted a vehicle’s top approximately 40 feet from the shore. The police were called, and the fisherman waited for their arrival. As officials prepared to extract the Jeep from the water, they noticed movement inside.

An ambulance was called to transport the woman, identified as a missing person, to the hospital. Her condition is currently unknown.

Many unanswered questions persist, such as how the Jeep ended up in the water and how long it had been submerged. However, officials have not found any evidence to indicate foul play.

Capt. Chuck Rogers, an investigator at the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, informed NPR that the case appears to be nothing more than an accident.

“There was nothing uncovered during the investigation to suggest this case was anything more than an accident,” Capt. Chuck Rogers, an investigator at the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, told NPR.

The woman’s survival inside the submerged Jeep is just miraculous. She must have had a guardian angel watching over her. We are praying for her complete recovery.
