DMCA Removal
FaithPanda respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, it is our policy to respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Site. This policy outlines the process for submitting a DMCA takedown notice to FaithPanda.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on FaithPanda infringes upon your copyright rights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to request the removal of the allegedly infringing material. The notice must include the following information:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed upon.
- A description of where the infringing material is located on the Site (please provide a URL or specific location).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, FaithPanda will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and will notify the party responsible for the content.
2. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe that content you posted was wrongfully removed in response to a DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include the following information:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed (please provide a URL or specific location).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which FaithPanda may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of that party.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, FaithPanda will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice. If the copyright owner does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
FaithPanda reserves the right to terminate or suspend the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
4. Good Faith and Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Similarly, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
