In early February, the lead singer of Black Sabbath announced that he planned to stop touring due to his health. He shared on social media that he had a serious accident four years ago that damaged his spine.
Despite his efforts to recover through surgeries, stem cell treatments, physical therapy, and a new type of treatment called Cybernics (HAL), his body is still weak, though his singing voice is unaffected. Osbourne expressed how difficult it was to share this news with his loyal fans, as his main goal over the past few years has been to get back on stage.
In 2020, Osbourne disclosed that he had Parkinson’s disease. He recently mentioned that he might consider touring again if his health permits it. However, at the moment, he feels he cannot undertake a tour as he may not be able to handle it.

Osbourne also cleared up rumors that his decision to cancel his European and UK tour dates was due to his failing health. He expressed annoyance towards the press for reporting that he was on his deathbed.
He emphasized that he is not dying and feels frustrated with the constant negative coverage. If his health improves, he might consider touring again in the future, but it would take some time to prepare.
Although Ozzy’s health may prevent him from going on tours, it’s evident that he is still going to be present and active.
