Phil Dampier recently spoke to The Sun, referencing conversations reportedly had between Queen Elizabeth II and her confidante, Lady Elizabeth Anson. Anson allegedly told royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith that the late monarch herself had concerns about Meghan’s intentions.

Dampier argued that William’s instincts about Meghan align with what Lady Elizabeth shared. “Meghan never really had any intention of staying in the royal family,” Dampier said, suggesting Meghan saw her marriage as a route to further fame and fortune.

“That’s why they fell out,” Dampier added, emphasizing that confirmation from someone close to the queen adds credibility to these claims.
