Fans express concern for Frankie Valli’s health
As rumors spread, fans are anxious about the well-being of the legendary singer.
Frankie Valli, the iconic lead singer of The Four Seasons, continues to light up the stage even at 90 years old. With a career that has spanned over 60 years, Valli’s contributions to music have left a lasting legacy. However, recent concerns about his health have caused some fans to worry.
A video clip from his August 3 performance in Saratoga, California, went viral, showing Valli appearing somewhat weak and struggling to lip-sync during his set. Many fans were concerned as he seemed to be just going through the motions on stage. Still, the audience gave him an outpouring of applause for continuing to perform despite his challenges.
On August 13, Valli’s representative addressed the concerns, telling The New York Post that “Frankie is doing just fine and is super happy to still be performing. The audiences are filling venues and enjoying some fantastic music.” Despite the worries, Valli’s passion for performing hasn’t faded, and fans are still turning out in large numbers to enjoy his music.
This isn’t the first time Valli has faced accusations of lip-syncing, but the resilient artist isn’t slowing down. His band, The Four Seasons, is currently on a farewell tour, aptly named “The Last Encore,” which is set to wrap up in April 2025.

Their first major hit, “Sherry,” dominated the charts in 1962, followed by other iconic songs like “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Walk Like a Man,” and “Rag Doll.”
In addition to his success with The Four Seasons, Valli also enjoyed a thriving solo career. Some of his biggest solo hits include “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You,” “My Eyes Adored You,” and the famous theme from the movie Grease.
