It seems like Keanu wants to make the world a better place and regularly does kind things to help out. Sandra Bullock, who starred with Keanu in the movie “Speed” in 1994, recently spoke out about his good deeds.
Sandra Bullock shared a story about Keanu Reeves demonstrating his gentlemanly nature to Esquire magazine. About a year after the release of the movie “Speed,” they were talking about champagne and truffles, and Bullock mentioned that she had never tried them.
Although she didn’t think much of it, a few days later, Reeves showed up on a motorcycle with flowers, champagne, and truffles in hand. He explained that he thought she might want to try them and see what they’re like. This gesture showed Reeves’ kind and thoughtful nature. Reeves said: “I just thought you might want to try champagne and truffles, to see what it’s like.”
Bullock recounted a time when she and a friend were getting their nails painted, and Reeves joined them. They drank champagne together, but Reeves had to leave early to go on a date. Bullock admitted that when she first met Reeves, she felt the need to talk constantly to avoid any awkward silences and feel at ease around him.
“And the more I jibber-jabbered on, the quieter he would get. And I thought, ‘I don’t understand what’s happening! He’s looking at me with eyes of confusion. He’s quiet. Did I say something to offend him?’
“And then a day or two later, he would arrive with a note or a little package, saying, ‘I thought about what you said’, and he would have his response.

Additionally, Bullock expressed her happiness about the fact that neither she nor Reeves, who are both 58 years old now, ever attempted to have a romantic relationship. “Keanu’s a guy who, I feel like, is friends with every woman he’s ever dated. I don’t think there’s anyone who has something horrible to say about him,” she said. “So maybe we could have survived. I don’t know. But we didn’t have to survive anything. We just get to grow up together on parallel roads and tip our hats and meet for a dinner and try to work together.
