“Charlotte didn’t like it the first time,” he said. “I got floods of tears, so I had to shave it off. Then I grew it back, and I convinced her it was going to be okay.”
Though royal fans celebrated the change, William humorously noted that his daughter’s initial disapproval made the decision less straightforward.
