Donny Osmond shares family photo— sharp-eyed fans spot one tiny detail
Donny Osmond, a famous singer and performer, has been loved by fans for many years. Recently, he shared a photo from Memorial Day weekend, and some fans noticed an interesting detail.
Donny Osmond became a teen idol in the 1970s and remains very active today. In 2019, after finishing an 11-year show in Las Vegas with his sister Marie, Donny started his first solo show at Harrah’s Hotel and Casino. This solo show will continue in the fall of 2024.
In addition to his Las Vegas performances, Donny will be heading to the UK for a special run of the musical “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.” He originally played the lead role of Joseph from 1992 to 1998, and this time, he will play the Pharaoh.
“I always knew I would return to ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,'” Donny shared on social media. “I starred as Joseph in over 2,000 shows, and now I’m excited to play the Pharaoh in Edinburgh starting this December [2024].”
Despite his busy schedule, Donny always puts family first. He told People magazine, “Family is the most important thing because, at the end of the day, the curtain will come down, and then what do you have?”
This Memorial Day, Donny and his family, including his children and grandchildren, visited the graves of Donny’s parents. Donny shared a heartfelt message, saying, “A wonderful Memorial Day yesterday as we remember my wonderful parents. I miss my Mother and Father but I know we will be together again someday.”
Fans noticed how touching it was that the whole family came together to honor their loved ones. One fan commented, “It’s nice that literally your whole family was there to pay respect. Many graves never have any visitors and that’s so sad. Love is something that some parents can’t show because they were never shown it. Your parents showed all of you lots of love and you were lucky.”

Another fan added, “So many people don’t visit graves anymore. They use it as a 3-day weekend getaway. Just my siblings visit my parents’ graves, which we learned to do as children. It was a given.”
