On first look, it seemed Eleanor Clarke, a British student, was carrying a trendy silver clutch alongside her stunning gown. However, a closer inspection revealed a twist! The supposed “clutch” was actually a cleverly disguised large flask. Rather than a bag to hold typical essentials, Eleanor opted for a container that could hold her favorite drink for the night. She sure found a creative way to sidestep the rules and enjoy prom with her friends!
Eleanor cleverly kept everyone guessing, not revealing if she actually filled the “clutch” with alcohol. She expressed her astonishment on her feat by posting, “Still don’t know how I got away with a huge hip flask as my prom clutch” on X, the platform previously known as Twitter. Acquiring the flask for just $12 from Tiger, Eleanor’s masterstroke was her ability to hide it in plain sight. The ruse remained undetected until she decided to spill the beans on her ingenious plan!
