Al Roker not only has a son, Nick, but also has two daughters. Leila, 24, is his daughter with his wife, Deborah Roberts. He also has a 36-year-old daughter named Courtney from a previous marriage. Recently, Al and Deborah experienced the empty nest syndrome when they sent Nick to college last year.
